HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN & DESIGN THINKING FOR LOW-RESOURCE AND COMPLEX SETTINGS

Rapidly build your expertise in Human-Centred Design and gain indispensable skills to lead strategic innovation within your organization. During this intensive 5-day training, you will collaborate in small teams on an immersive case study to learn and apply essential HCD tools and techniques, while being coached by seasoned experts. Learn how to uncover deep user insights, design user-driven solutions for complex contexts, rapidly prototype and test possibilities, and make strategic design decisions to maximize adoption and impact. This course is tailored to the specific challenges of NGOs, funders, agencies, and impact organizations that serve marginalized populations in low-resource and complex settings.

FEES
Fees are per person and based on a sliding scale, in order to
subsidize access for less-resourced organizations.
* Early Bird rates apply up to 40 days before the first day of Training.
